The packages below are for customers with specific landscape management requiremnts.  These packages can be modified and charged on a set price for additional work if requested by our customers. Work such as,  tree or plant removal, irrigation upgrades, new plantings, de-thatching, renovations, mulch, and transplanting are charged separately.  You may create a package/service of your choice if none of these packages fit your landscape maintenance needs. These services are provided weekly, bi-weekly or monthly with or without a contract, or get a 10% discount with a 1 year contract.

Regular Package #2

• Mow
• Edge all turf areas
• Weed control: weeds pulled by hand

• Trim hedges & shrubs

Standard Package #3

• Mow
• Edge all turf areas
• Weed control: weeds pulled by hand
• Weed control in turf
• Blow off leaves
• Leaf debris clean up
• Trim hedges and shrubs
• Prune small trees
• Flower planters and beds maintenance

Complete Package #4

• Mow
• Edge all turf areas
• Weed Control: wacked with weed eater
• Weed control:  pulled by hand in turf, planters and flower beds
• Weed control:  pulled by hand in pavement areas
• Weed control:  by spot spray
• Blow off leaves
• Leaf debris clean up
• Trim hedges and shrubs
• Trim ivy from planters
• Prune small trees
• Maintain irrigation schedule
• Aerate
• Fertilize turf and flower beds
